Death comes to us in two ways. Firstly by the natural completion of our life spans or secondly as an accident. With regards to the former we cannot do much but attempt to live a compassionate life and to be of service to others, on the latter we can simply live healthier by avoiding elements that harm our physical body and preparing ourselves for our eventuality.
